**As Legal Assistant you will**:
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information- Maintaining and organizing dispute file opening until closing- Manage dispute summaries- Manage administrative tasks with external law firms- Manage and organize commercial service meetings- Prepare financial summaries and reports- Schedule and confirm appointments- Maintain filing systems for the department- Provide administrative reviews of project records as needed- Provide general administration for the department.- Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Commercial
**Is this the right role for you?**
- Self-starter who can take initiative, multitask and work well under pressure both independently and in a team setting
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and M365 software including Teams
- Experienced with digital filing and document management
- Superb accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
- Demonstrates commitment to privacy and ethical conduct
- Familiar with legal or construction project paperwork.
