Flirt Cosmetics Studio is a unique concept beauty studio setting trends in the industry by providing a safe, warm, and welcoming community and individualized expert-level services in an open environment. We are located in Cochrane, Alberta with a full and loyal clientele from Cochrane, Calgary and all the surrounding areas. Flirt provides a range of soft and medical aesthetic services including: specialty brow shaping; lash lifts and tints; laser hair removal; botox and injections; a multitude of facial services; body sculpting technology and more.

Flirt Cosmetics Studio is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our talented team during an 18-month maternity leave coverage. The Studio Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the studio, maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and oversight of all studio operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development to maintain service excellence and a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and product management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Manage and optimize the Zenoti CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and system utilization across the team.
- Analyze business data and metrics to make informed operational decisions that support client retention, sales goals, and studio efficiency.
- Implement and oversee customer retention initiatives and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with ownership and team members to support marketing initiatives, promotions, and overall business objectives.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven experience in salon or spa management with a minimum of 3 years is required.
- Experience in the medical spa industry is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Zenoti (CRM and POS system) is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make strategic decisions.
- A positive, self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceptional client care.

**Position Details**:

- Term: 18-month maternity leave coverage plus a 1-month training and transition period.
- Contract Dates: January 5, 2026 - July 31, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, flexible availability required (some evenings and weekends).
- Location: Cochrane, Alberta. On-site.
- Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience with industry perks.
