Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including microneedling, laser, chemical peels, facials and more.
• Assist clients by recommending skincare products tailored to their needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage in retail sales of products and treatment packages.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or clinic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.
• Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest comfort.
• Certification or licensing as required for aestheticians or skincare specialists
