Citron Hygiene is first and foremost a service business specializing in hygiene, sanitation and disinfection services for washrooms and common areas that meet the needs of commercial establishments and property managers

**This role will service west end of GTA.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Warehouse & Installer manager, the installation technician’s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Install, repair and remove equipment from our customers’ premises, in accordance with Citron’s procedures
- Maintain sanitary receptacles, fill air freshener, soap and sanitizer dispensers, sanitize facilities
- Follow the route guidelines set by the manager
- Make service calls based on customer needs (maintenance, repairs, or equipment replacement)
- Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests
- Manage emergencies during the day
- Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of the day
- Act as an ambassador for the Citron brand

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good customer service
- Good attendance and punctuality
- High school degree or equivalent

**Working Conditions**:

- Day work, Monday to Friday; weekends and evenings may be required at times
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, 40 hours a week
