We’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor, who will be responsible to provide a clean, safe and pleasant environment for our mall patrons and staff, as per company standards. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Operations and as such you will be responsible for overseeing the work activities of our cleaning staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assigning different cleaning duties to cleaning staff and following through with their completion.
- Coaching and developing staff.
- Ensures Shopping Centre is cleaned which includes, emptying of trash cans, servicing restrooms, wiping down communal surfaces, cleaning indoor/outdoor ground level windows and vacuuming various areas in the Shopping Centre.
- Tackles heavy cleaning jobs upon request.
- Participates in helping out other team members if one area of the centre becomes busy.

**Requirements**:

- A great attitude, positive outlook, good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- At least Two (2) years experience in a supervisory role.
- Must be available to work **various shifts including weekends and holidays.
