Job Overview

Impact Cleaning Services is an established commercial cleaning company based in Ontario and the US. We secure commercial cleaning and janitorial contracts and partner with reliable subcontractor cleaning companies to deliver high-quality services on our behalf. We are currently seeking licensed and insured janitorial service partners across all the provinces in Canada (mainly British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Alberta).

Duties

  • Represent Impact Cleaning Services professionally at all times
  • Conduct general custodial and cleaning services, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial facilities
  • Perform all cleaning services according to client specifications and company standards
  • Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities meet safety and sanitation requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment during and after each job
  • Report and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, or property damage

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed and insured cleaning company or subcontractor based in Canada (BC, ON, NS, QC, AB)
  • Proven experience in commercial janitorial services
  • Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to take on recurring contracts and one-time jobs
  • Prior experience in cleaning is required
  • Ability to manage jobs independently and meet scheduled service times
