**Reporting to the Division Manager Metal/Industrial the Divisional Product Trainer responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the Division Manager in developing, implementing and rollout of company-wide product training schedule for the Metal Division.
- Identifying educational opportunities for the sales force as it pertains to Product and in relation to the Divisional Marketing and Product Plan.
- Script and Create video content utilizing available technologies to provide monthly training to the sales force on focus areas.
- Ensure training is 360 incorporating video, live (remote and/or in person), and written training materials to support each launch
- Collaborating with Sales Trainers and Division Director, to help facilitate division specific product training for the sales force
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in both English and French (fully bilingual)
- Responsible for training across Canada
- Experience as a corporate trainer with responsibilities for developing content
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Experience creating video content
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Organizational and time management abilities
- A high level of alignment with the company’s Corporate Values.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance project work with urgent day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability and flexibility to travel (within Canada) as required, which will include overnights.
