**Summary**:
Canderel is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide day to day support to our family office. This role will require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple critical requests. The Administrative Assistant will work successfully in a team environment and build effective and collaborative working relationships inside and outside the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient administrative support.
- Travel arrangements including conference registration, booking flights and hotel accommodations.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as preparing reports, update documentation binders,
- presentations, taking notes, organizing and arranging deliveries, as well as occasional personal tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the executives and their respective areas.
- Perform data entry.
- Stay adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the team, ensure high levels of confidentiality.
- Coordinates and/or assists with team meetings. Assists with event planning for the team.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the team.
- Taking minutes as required.
**Qualifications & Competencies**:
- Minimum 2 years professional office experience or personal assistant experience.
- Previous experience in Finance or Legal sector will be considered an asset.
- Strong time management with good organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and show initiative.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Passion for learning
- Satisfactory police record clearance.
