As a Cannon Estate Winery server, you are responsible for positive guest interactions in a friendly and efficient manner. This position plays a role in creating and providing an outstanding level of customer experience and satisfaction. Therefore, as a host/hostess, it is essential that you maintain an energetic, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times. Host/hostess' are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs making them feel welcome and comfortable.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Working in our on-site lounge
- Great guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Working with a seating chart to seat guests in appropriate sections
- Answer phone calls when applicable and assist with inquiries or general reservation questions
- Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience
- General cleaning duties in the lounge
- Opening and closing duties

**Qualifications**
- Ability to work in a regulated facility serving wine and pass Criminal Record Verification
- Ability to carry a case of wine ~ 14.5 kg (31.2 lbs)
- Dependable and punctual
- Confident and motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
