Duties include:

- Administration - Filing, staff scheduling, and providing administrative support directly to managers.
- Inventory Management - Processing incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Ad creation for new and used units.
- Taking pictures of units, uploading them to website, updating prices, etc.
- Answering the phone and greeting customers in a courteous and timely manner.
- Working inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Working with all departments, including Sales, Service and Parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Have customer service experience
- Be able to work effectively without constant supervision
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Demonstrate a great team work experience
- Have excellent writing skills in English
- Able to work on Saturdays
- Open minded
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills will be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
