**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students
- Create customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Proficiency in highschool level math and science
- Familiarity with the B.C. Curriculum for Physics, Precalculus, and Calculus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Comfortable using technology to computerize tutoring sessions

**Availability**

We are currently seeking individuals available to work _in person _at our academy, located in the Dundarave neighbourhood of_West Vancouver._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Tutoring: 1 year (required)
