What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting: You’ll proactively reach out to potential customers, make that first connection, and start building relationships right from the first call. You’ll use your charm and persistence to turn a “no” into a “yes.”
- Face-to-Face Sales: Whether it's in the field, at industry events, or over lunch, you’ll meet with prospects in person, build rapport, and establish trust in ways that digital methods just can’t match.
- Relationship Building: Beyond just making the sale, you’ll cultivate long-term relationships of trust with customers.
- Tailoring Solutions: You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s unique needs and offer personalized service solutions that deliver real value.
- Closing Deals: You’ll take the lead in turning prospects into loyal customers, handling negotiations, and finalizing contracts—all while maintaining a high level of integrity and connection.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Whether through calls, meetings, or networking, you’ll set ambitious goals and work relentlessly to achieve them.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing Personality: You’re a people person. You thrive in social situations, love networking, and feel comfortable reaching out to new people—especially over the phone or in person.
- Cold Calling Experience: You’re not afraid of picking up the phone, and you have a track record of successfully reaching out to new prospects, even when they don’t know who you are yet.
- Relationship Builder: You understand that selling is more than a single transaction —it’s about creating connections of credibility and trust. Whether you’re meeting clients for coffee or attending local events, you love building relationships face-to-face.
- Sales Savvy: You have a proven ability to convert leads into customers, navigate objections, and close deals.
- Self-Motivation: You’re a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and working independently, but you also thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the property services industry is a plus, but if you're a quick learner and eager to dive in, we’ll help you develop the knowledge you need to succeed.
