**Current Opening**:
We are seeking a talented professional to join our cohesive team of clinicians and staff in our North Nanaimo offices in a front desk secretarial and administrative role.

**Qualifications**:
Applicants will be required to complete a wide range of office functions with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining positive relationships with our clientele. Applicants must be able to demonstrate professionalism and integrity in the workplace as well as possess the following attributes:

- Strong customer service and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team player
- Confidence in a Windows PC environment and strong Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel

**Additional Assets**:

- Experience in an administrative / front desk role in a client centered profession and busy office environment
- Experience with clinic management and scheduling software
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge as asset, but not required

**Main Job Duties**:

- Schedule appointments and take payments
- Intake new customers and match referrals with appropriate clinicians
- Administer forms and questionnaires and assist in scoring testing
- Prepare digital and paper customer files while maintaining confidentiality
- Correspond with referral agents and other professionals
- Attend to the overall efficiency of the office and assist in a variety of administrative tasks

**Position Details**:

- Competitive salary based on experience and benefits package
- Full Time, Monday to Friday
