Reporting to the controller, you will be called upon to work in a dynamic team of several accountants and technicians. Through a variety of tasks and rewarding responsibilities, your contribution to the success of daily operations is undeniable.

Among your main functions, the analyst will be responsible for keeping the Hopem database up to date with its portfolio of commercial leases and the correct invoicing in accordance with the various clauses. You will establish and maintain direct contact with tenants and then assist in the preparation of forecast data as part of the annual budget process. You will be responsible for the reliability and accuracy of all financial data for each lease.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answers numerous questions from internal customers
- Always deal with the same quality of interpretation and rendering of the multiple requests from our tenants and landlords regarding lease obligations
- Enter commercial lease data into the Hopem database and/or validate existing data, then summarize the main clauses (financial obligations, critical dates)
- Identify and propose areas for process improvement according to identified optimization opportunities
- Interact regularly with the controller and the accountants for the exchange and update of information relating to leases as well as the preparation of the budget and forecasts
- Master the lease management software (Hopem) and make it evolve according to needs
- Obtain the necessary information for the processing of more complex leases and other ancillary agreements from the internal legal department and the leasing department
- Participate in the annual budget process
- Participate in the annual invoicing of adjustments for property taxes and operating costs for all properties
- Participate in various special projects
- Update lease information in collaboration with the legal department

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma in administration, real estate or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of real estate and commercial leases (comfortable with reading financial data)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the Hopem real estate financial management system is an asset
