E-bike Technician

Leon Cycle is looking for an experienced talent to join our busy team in BC

**Responsibilities**:

- Repair, check, and fix E-Bikes following company standards.
- Take notes of all the works done on E-Bikes + update the database.
- Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
- Keep the bench and the workshop clean.
- Provide feedback about E-Bikes and be a part of the mechanic and office team
- Assist with related material (such as E-Bike accessories,) and inventory management as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge expertise of all products to effectively assist customers with accurate information; keeps current as new product lines are introduced.
- Assist with bike sales and any other duties as needed.
- Responsible for properly taking in all service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling an appropriate number of repairs, and completing those repairs in a timely manner.
- Regularly ship out bike parts including lithium battery as per aftersales request, and liaise with different departments - Customer Service, Retail Stores, B2B management teams.
- Act as a lead in making sales.
- Build customer rapport and build relationships with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bike mechanic experience required, E-Bike mechanic/Product manager experience preferred.
- HAZMAT certification will be highly regarded. You will need to get certified after joining Leon Cycle. All expenses will be covered by the company.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as on your own
- Multitask and detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.

- Ability to create an excellent customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
