Rize Bikes is seeking an experienced Bike Technician or Mechanic to join our growing team. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Rize Bikes is an established e-bike company specializing in high end premium e-bikes for both Canada and America.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service bikes remotely for our customers, from normal wear and tear repairs, to more complex fixes and ensured that all safety checks were performed
- Maintain workshop organization and cleanliness & assisted with inventory management of materials, such as bike accessories, tools, spare parts, and other materials as needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient manual dexterity while using a variety of hand tools and other equipment
- Experience with bikes, electric bikes or vehicles
- Prior experience working in a bike shop or customer-facing role
- Proven record of quotas
- Effective communication skills
- People person nature
- High school diploma or certificate in sales
- Proficient bike riding skills is a bonus

Compensation will be dependent on work experience and value provided to the company. We have sales commission, and benefits will include generous discounts on our products and services.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
