As part of the Finance and Accounting Team, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding resident payment issues. Working in our Oakville office, you will be given the opportunity to work independently and use good business judgment and decision making to support the overall efforts of the Receivables team.

**Responsibilities will include, at a minimum**

  • Directly contacting residents for outstanding rents;
  • Tracking and reporting of receivables;
  • Utilizing MS-excel preparing and maintaining various reports;
  • Communicating with Legal Team;
  • Ensuring files are accurate before being filed with Tribunal administratif du logement;
  • Assisting in implementing best practices;
  • Providing backup for deposits; and
  • Completing additional related accounting duties and administration as necessary.
  • Any other duties as required

**Working conditions**
