- Utilize your sales expertise to drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Train and motivate a team of fitness trainers and coaches to provide top-notch service to our members and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Foster a positive and empowering atmosphere within the studio, encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing member inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Studio Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to perform at their best.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members, clients, and staff effectively.
- Knowledge of fitness and exercise science principles to ensure a high-quality training experience for our members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software is advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operations of the F45 North York studio, including staffing, scheduling, and facilities management
- Manage and train a team of fitness trainers and coaches to ensure that they provide high-quality instruction to our members
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Ensure that the studio is clean, safe, and in compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a fitness studio or similar facility
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of fitness and exercise science principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Certified personal trainer or fitness coach is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$32.30 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fitness: 1 year (preferred)
