Levita Ballet, an international franchise of a Ballet and Stretching Studio, is seeking a talented and passionate Ballet Instructor to join our team. At Levita, we specialize in teaching classic ballet choreography, pointe technique, body ballet classes, stretching and splits, and barre classes to clients with no prior experience. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where women of all ages can learn and grow in their ballet journey.

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver ballet classes, focusing on classic ballet choreography, pointe technique, body ballet classes, and barre exercises.
- Provide clear instruction and demonstrations on ballet movements, including grand plié in first and second position, battement tendu, and adagio.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of amateur clients with no prior experience.
- Monitor and correct students' technique, posture, and alignment to ensure safe and proper execution of ballet movements.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate ballet lesson plans that promote skill progression and artistic expression.
- Incorporate elements of creativity and musicality into ballet classes to enhance students' appreciation for dance.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages students' passion for ballet and their personal growth.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in ballet education, attending workshops and continuing education opportunities as necessary.
- Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to coordinate performances, recitals, and events.
**Requirements**:
- Background in classical ballet and related disciplines, with a solid understanding of ballet technique, terminology, and repertoire.
- Previous experience teaching ballet to beginners and amateurs, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching ballet to individuals with no prior experience.
- Professionalism and the ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
