**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Educate students in various dance styles, ensuring lessons are tailored to their skill levels and interests.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote both technical skills and artistic expression.
- Conduct classes in a safe and supportive environment, encouraging student participation and confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.
- Organize and lead rehearsals for performances, ensuring all students are well-prepared.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience.
- Engage with parents regarding their child's progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred.
- Strong background in dance, with proficiency in one or more styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, hip-hop).
- Previous experience in classroom management or tutoring is a plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is beneficial for working with younger students.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging atmosphere that fosters learning and creativity.
- A passion for dance and education, with a commitment to nurturing the next generation of dancers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
