Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dance and a love for teaching, particularly to children. This role involves creating a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and confidence in young dancers. The Dance Instructor will be responsible for developing lesson plans, instructing classes, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate dance lesson plans that cater to various skill levels.
  • Instruct students in Hip Hop, ensuring proper techniques and safety measures are followed.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and self-expression.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

Skills

  • Background in dance with experience in teaching preferred.
  • Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and understanding of their unique learning styles.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate movement, rhythm, and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for dance and education, with the ability to inspire young dancers through your teaching methods.
