**Key Holder/ Sales Representative**

Are you passionate about sharing knowledge about cannabis culture and cultivating new relationships? We are looking for retail associates/cashiers who are enthusiastic and driven to provide excellent customer service while acquiring a strong client base. High adaptability is strongly recommended and sales associates must be willing to constantly improve. If you like to pursue growth, this might be the right fit for you

**Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Welcome customers and greet them when they enter the store while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Open and close the store alone at morning and night.
- Ensure the store is cleaned and the fridge is well-stocked.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about cannabis strains, products, and different consumption options.
- **Ability to pick up emergency shifts.**:

- Monitor storage and store conditions regularly.
- Must be a team player.
- Be able to lift and move inventories from the storefront to the storage room.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- **Must be 18 years or older.**:

- Cannabis, liquor service experience preferred.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- **Must be a QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker) from AGLC.**:

- **Must have the SellSafe Certification.**:

- Class 5 driver's license preferred.
- Flexible schedule and must be punctual.

**Good to have**:

- The store opens 7 days a week, shifts may vary from evenings to weekends.
- Self-directed learner. Eager to learn more about Cannabis products and cultures.
- Cooperative in teamwork, and also have the creative thinking to solve problems independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Adept at computing basic mathematical problems.
- Excellent communication skills are recommended.
- Maintain a professional work attire (must be compliant to AGLC rules).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Cannabis Retail: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- QCW Certificate (preferred)
