**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate-Key Holder to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our customers. With experience in the retail industry, your role will involve opening and closing the store when needed, assisting customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive to open the store and start preparations for the day when needed
- Take care of closing responsibilities to close the store when needed
- Be on the floor most of the time working with customers to provide a high level of customer service
- Responsible for customer returns, exchanges, and warranties
- Assist in dealing with upset or customer complaints.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and organized before leaving closing shifts.
- Assisting cashiers in periods of high customer volume.
- Identifying any problems and reporting them to management.
- Keep up with product knowledge of new products, coming into store
- Assuming managerial responsibilities in the event of management absentees.
- Answer and respond to store phone calls from customers and other stores.
- Support the Store Manager and sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
- Promote a positive and fun team atmosphere
- Support Store Manager to oversee day to day operations, delegating effectively to meet project deadlines and delivery an ultimate store experience

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of retail/sales or customer service experience
- Prior experience as a key holder an asset but not required
- Proven record of being reliable and dependable.
- Power Sports knowledge an asset (Motorcross, Snowmobiling, ATV, Fishing).
- A friendly, upbeat personality.
- A competitive, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Drive for seeking improvement in store performance and optimizing the customer experience.
- Passion for action sports and performance lifestyles.
- Able to adapt to change with little or short notice.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills for inventory and sales transactions
