**Key Objective**:
As a **Specialty Commercial Lines Underwriter**, you’ll operate at the core of our underwriting platform. Using smart tech, speed, and strategic insight to optimize risk decisions and deliver winning broker outcomes. This isn’t manual mode underwriting

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Our advanced tech removes friction, so you can stay focused on underwriting excellence and legendary service levels
- Negotiate renewals with confidence and precision using unmatched product and market insight
- Balance complex underwriting discipline with creative agility; using your authority to tackle complex risks in innovative ways
- Jump into special initiatives and curveballs when they appear, your adaptability helps the whole team level up

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or active progression toward industry credentials
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer service instincts
- Inclusive, transparent, and collaborative, with the resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments
- General Insurance License in good standing (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days)

**Salary Range**:CAD $65,000-$110,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
