Location options This is an in-office role based out of downtown Vancouver, B.C or Campbell River in B.C. Underwrite specialty commercial risks within your level of authority based on your experience. Building and maintaining broker relationships through your expert handling of new submissions, renewals, endorsements and cancellations within target service times. Other duties as required. What we're looking for: A minimum of 4 years commercial experience Strong working knowledge of Canadian commercial insurance market. Designation or progression toward CAIB, CIP, FCIP or other industry credentials. Excellent professional written and verbal communication & customer service skills. An inclusive and transparent collaboration style with resilience in a fast-paced environment. General Insurance license (in good standing or ability to obtain within 60 days). Successful completion of a criminal record check. Salary Range: CAD $60,000-$90,000 *Actual pay may be below or above range based on candidates' knowledge, skills, and level of ability relative to expectations for the role applied to.
