**Job Summary**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival at the clinic.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pricing.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as required.
- Provide clients with information on pet care, vaccinations, and clinic policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures is considered an asset.

We are open Monday -Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Closed on Sundays and Stat. Holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
