Customer Service Rep

FRENDEL Kitchens is looking for the right person to join our **_Customer Care department._** We are a major cabinet manufacturing company servicing the new build industry. Our offices are located in Mississauga, Ontario (Dixie Rd/401 area).
Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for ensuring all inquiries made by homeowners and site personnel are answered and resolved in a professional and timely manner.
Principal duties include
- Answer customer service telephone inquiries from homeowner and site representatives
- Book appointments with customers to arrange completion of service issues.
- Schedule service technicians ensuring the correct time allotments for repairs.
- Order parts and confirm that they are ready for the scheduled service date.
- Follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate service records electronically and paper trail.
Our standard office hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive health benefit package after 3 months of employment.
**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
