Job responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize shipping documents
- Update and send reports as necessary
- Update and organize files
- Back up to receptionist/order processing
- Review and approve production records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Enter inventory and production data accurately and timely
- Identify and resolve issues and errors in records/logs
- Communicate effectively with internal team
- Maintain and update records/logs
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of SAP is a bonus
- Willingness to go beyond expectations, learn new skills and take on new challenges & responsibilities

**Education and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration or related field
- 0-2 years’ experience working in food industry
- 0-2 years’ experience working in an administrative/office environment

**Work Environment**:

- Regular hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime as required

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
