Description

Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

Humbertown Orthodontics – Etobicoke, ON

$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

About Us:

Humbertown Orthodontics is a patient-focused orthodontic practice in Etobicoke. We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team part-time.

Schedule:

• Mondays: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

• Thursdays: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

• Occasional Fridays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (as needed)

• No weekends

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Greet and check in patients

• Assist new patients with forms

• Verify and update patient and insurance information

• Submit insurance predeterminations

• Process payments

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• General administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Reception or customer service experience required

• Dental or orthodontic office experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers and practice management software

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology is an asset

Work Location:

• On-site in Etobicoke, Ontario
