We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Funeral Pre-Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping families understand the importance of pre-planning while building strong relationships in the community.

**Job Overview**:
As a Funeral Pre-Planning Specialist, you will educate families on the benefits of funeral pre-planning, generate leads, and close sales. While prior experience in the funeral industry is not required, a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the cultural backgrounds we serve is essential. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust with families during important conversations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct seminars and presentations to educate families about funeral pre-planning.
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including community outreach, social media, and networking.
- Build relationships and connect with families to guide them through the pre-planning process.
- Close leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand awareness of pre-planning services.
- Represent the company on social media and other platforms to promote services.
- Stay up-to-date with cultural customs and practices to provide exceptional, personalized service.
- Travel to client meetings at their homes, coffee shops, or other remote locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in lead generation or consultative sales.
- Familiarity with South Asian, Caribbean, and other ethnic communities served by our funeral home.
- Ability to speak a second language (e.g., Punjabi, Hindi, Tamil, or another relevant language) is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using social media and other platforms to connect with potential clients.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- High level of professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.

**Compensation**:

- This role offers a commission-based structure with a small base salary. Compensation is directly tied to your success, with high-performing individuals earning between $150,000 and $200,000 annually.

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
