If you are looking for a career that provides long-term stable livelihood, Brampton Memorial Gardens in Brampton, Ontario is offering the opportunity for a permanent sales career in a growing industry as a Pre-Planning Director. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for promoting pre-planning by contacting and meeting clients to pre-arrange their funeral and cemetery arrangements. Previous sales experience is preferred, but you MUST be willing to work hard, learn, be highly motivated, and driven to succeed, with a well-established network in the community. Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Key Qualifications And Demonstrated Abilities Ability to create and generate leads through personal networks and community connections. Established and actively maintained a strong network within the local community, fostering relationships that drive business opportunities and community engagement. Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales results and ensuring full compliance of all federal and provincial regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral, and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve company revenue goals and objectives. Responsibilities Work various lead sources, contacting and visiting client families to assess pre-arrangement needs. Generate lead sources by following up on all referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops, working with at-need families to promote the after-care program. Present to community organizations, arrange and host seminars and mall shows, notifying agencies and special groups about the benefits of pre-planning. Establish and organize programs and seminars at the funeral home, with guest speakers and arrange co-sponsors of the seminars and programs. Ensure all contracts are accurately completed, required signatures are obtained, copies are forwarded to appropriate parties, and that files are maintained. Participate in funeral home and cemetery staff meetings, communicate regularly with all funeral home and cemetery staff to obtain and provide information on the families served or new lead sources.
