**Job Summary**
We are looking for a team player who understands the importance of a smooth running event. The role is perfect for an individual with ample event experience to use that knowledge and create something magnificent for each event.

**Duties**
- Greeting the guests into a warm and welcome environment, creating a last impression upon arrival for each guest
- Facilitate smooth event operations from start to finish, looking at the greater picture and small details to make the event spectacular
- Assist with cashiering, bartending, clearing, and any other duties as is needed
- Support food service operations
- Stepping into the daily operation of our cafe in the slower times of the year if needed.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities
- Cashiering and bartending experience a must have.
- Background in food and beverage a must.
- Must have full flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
