**Service Dispatcher Coordinator**

As the Service Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for clients and technicians. You will be responsible for identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching the issue if possible and provide solutions and/or communicate to Lead Technician Supervisor for assistance. Working closely with the Service Managers and Supervisors, Project Supervisor and Field Technicians, you will ensure that the appropriate manpower is deployed, and that customer satisfaction is achieved.

**Responsibilities of this position include**:

- Prioritize incoming service calls and coordinate the dispatch of technicians for projects and maintenance agreements.
- Communicate schedule to customer and make sure customer satisfaction follow-up.
- Stay in touch with Service Technicians to schedule inspections, service work and follow up work.
- Report to the Service Manager, Project Supervisor and General Manager on work progress, customer requests, field personnel relations, required material for work.
- Work with the Service Supervisor for emergency and trouble calls and communicate resolution to client.
- Tool control - maintain inventory of special tools assigned for work and ensure technician's have the appropriate tools required for scheduled work.
- Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with Field and Office personnel to resolve problems, employ opportunities and maximize profits.
- Maintain positive relationships as the first point of contact for clients and spot customers.
- Audit service reports weekly and process accordingly.
- Work with Management to ensure service levels are met in all lines of business.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Demonstrated working ability to work in multiple software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Proven ability to multitask and preplan workload with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- A positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven desire for customer satisfaction.
- 3-5 years experience working in a service office environment.

**Assets**:

- Understanding of mechanical systems to effectively coordinate service calls, maintenance, and projects on a scheduled timeline.
- Experience working with the Jonas system.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am -4:00pm or 8:00am -4:30pm.
