We service the OEM market including agricultural, mining, and other industries. Our in-house processes include forgings, hot / cold stampings and weldments.

Our Company is currently looking for a Inventory Clerk to join the team

The Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring that the inventory is accounted for and managed efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of business activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Tracking Inventory**: Keeping track of goods and supplies in a store or warehouse.
- ** Order Management**: Managing orders to facilitate sales or production.
- ** Inventory Counts**: Regular Cycle counts and Yearly inventory.
- ** Quality Checks**: Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding items that do not meet the company’s standards.
- ** Record Keeping**: Updating inventory count and maintaining records to share with management and stakeholders.
- ** Loss Prevention**: Implementing programs to prevent discrepancy.
- ** Sales Department Relations**: Providing # of cartons/crates per pallet with quantity and weight for customer quotes and bidding purposes.
- ** Material Handler Relations**: Ensuring that materials are issued to the job(s) accordingly. Checking if Finished Goods and Component items are put away accurately.
- Shipping and Receiving back up.
- Production job close reconciliation and job quantity variances analysis

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail to manage inventory accurately.
- ** Math Skills**: Good math skills for balancing records and managing inventory levels.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze inventory data and make informed decisions.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors and team members.
- ** Working Knowledge**:Word, Excel, Outlook and CSI10 or any MRP system.
- ** Physical Stamina**: Capability to handle physical tasks associated with inventory management, such as lifting, moving stock and utilizing ladder if needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- College Diploma in related field or equivalent is often preferred.
- Previous work experience in a similar role can be beneficial.
