Job Overview:
As a Package Handler / Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing musical instruments, supplies, and materials used by our students and instructors. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive shipments of musical instruments, equipment, and supplies, verifying quantities and inspecting items for damage or defects.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring that musical instruments and supplies are stored safely, labeled correctly, and easily accessible.
- Prepare orders for shipment to students, instructors, or other locations, ensuring that items are picked accurately and packaged securely for transit.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of musical instruments and equipment for lessons, performances, and events as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in tasks and assignments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $22.20-$25.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
