We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Automotive Sales Associate** to join our expanding team. If you’re passionate about cars, have exceptional communication skills, and excel in sales, we’d love to connect with you.
**Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively call and follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement**: Warmly welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Keep an in-depth understanding of our vehicle lineup, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Consultative Selling**: Employ a consultative approach to help customers select a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- **Financing Coordination**: Partner with the finance team to present loan options, including credit rebuilding programs and early lease termination services.
- **Trade-In Evaluation**: Assess trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair pricing.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Appointment Setting**: Support online inquiries by scheduling appointments and efficiently managing follow-ups.
- **Professionalism**: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum two years of automotive sales experience, with subprime sales experience considered an asset.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, complemented by solid negotiation abilities.
- **Self-Motivated**: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license is required.
- **Certification**: OMVIC certification is mandatory.
