Account Manager

Our team is growing We are looking for an Account Manager to help us help our clients

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Lead in the development, implementation and execution of the marketing plan for client brands and Giant Shoe creative Agency business development opportunities
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies
- Define, track, analyze most important social media KPIs
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Maintain relationships and coordinate with Giant Shoe Managers and clients
- Oversee entire projects from start to finish completed by the team and complete a final review to ensure accuracy and end result is in line with the needs of the business and key stakeholders
- Maintain a realistic schedule of these projects and ensure updates on progress and status to stakeholders regularly

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and practices to increase brand awareness
- Experience developing effective digital marketing plans and the ability to drive online sales
- Proven knowledge of marketing, tracking, reporting and strategizing
- Comfortable overseeing a range of different types of marketing campaigns
- Ability to review analytics and make recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate and build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Results oriented and well organized with a sense of urgency and an ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, website analytics and consumer behavior
- Advanced knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing KPIs
- Problem solving ability

- You need absolute silence to do your job
- You need to be told every step of the process. Things change and we love developing processes for streamlined, clear communication but micromanaging is a huge no-no here.
- You get frustrated when things come up unexpected. We always try to ensure someone’s lack of preparation isn’t our emergency but its marketing and things come up
- This is just a stepping stone to your own agency/freelance career. We want to invest in a person that is looking for this position.

The hours are 'In office' Monday - Thursday 9 to 5pm + 10hours remote.
