As a Communications Advisor in the Communication team at Pomerleau Construction, you will ensure stakeholder engagement, transparent communications, and media relations are compliant during all phases of the construction project. Supporting our work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion - you will have the opportunity to be creative and make strategic decisions as it relates to our project communications strategies.

**What You Will Do**
- Design and execute internal and external communications and crisis management strategies.
- Work closely with internal project teams and the client’s communications department.
- Write engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
- Support the client in handling media requests, complaints, and information inquiries.
- Ensure clear communication with employees, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage photo and content publication permissions and coordinate approvals.
- Assist in keeping the community informed with regular updates.
- Play an active role in crisis situations and support awareness campaigns.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
