Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success story Human Resources Advisor – Rogers Sports & Media As a key member of the Rogers Sports & Media Human Resources team, the Human Resources Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic and fast‑paced sports & media business. This role is focused on providing strategic and operational support in Labour Relations, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives that drive a high‑performance culture. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day interpretation and administration of 14 collective agreements Manage seniority processes, grievance handling, and discipline administration Conduct thorough workplace investigations and advise on progressive discipline Support collective bargaining preparation and execution, including gathering and analysing data to support bargaining positions, drafting proposals and counter‑proposals, as well as participating in negotiations and maintaining detailed records Build and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives Support arbitration and mediation processes, including documentation and case preparation Monitor and assess labour trends and legislative changes to inform strategy Build strong relationships and credibility with front‑line management Manage headcount and position tracking Provide data analysis and reporting to support strategic HR planning Stay current on internal business knowledge and HR trends Qualifications Passion for the Canadian Sports & Media industry Strong knowledge of Federal HR legislation Familiarity with Labour Relations legislation, collective agreements, and unionised environments Experience supporting bargaining processes Ability to influence without authority and build trust with leaders and teams Proven experience resolving complex employee relations issues Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits Discounts: Enjoy up to 50% off Rogers Services and Blue Jays tickets, 25% off TSC items, and a 20% discount on all wireless accessories sold in Rogers stores. On‑site Requirements All Corporate Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of four (4) days per week starting October 6, 2025, increasing to five (5) days per week effective February 2, 2026.
