Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair is looking for an Inventory Manager who is a key member of the Mobile
Klinik Supply Chain team. The Inventory Manager will be a key contributor for implementing and monitoring procedures to ensure the inventory integrity is intact while assisting the management in the audit in all areas related to inventory movement. This position will monitor the integrity and accuracy of our DRC, warehouse and retail channel inventory while collaborating closely with replenishment coordinators, production and planning managers, retail operations, 3rd party vendors, OEM’s and warehouse teams to identify and resolve the root cause of inventory accuracy discrepancies.
This position will also work closely with accounting team for regular reporting and inventory valuation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee Quarterly Wall to Wall retail channel, warehouse, and service center quarterly counts
- Provide system and process guidance and expertise
- Facilitate count schedule with Channel Owners
- Provide updates and track inventory adjustments with regular reporting
- Manage inventory reconciliation process and report metrics to all channels
- Develop root cause corrective action process related to inventory discrepancies
- Responsible for Reporting and Reconciling inventory accuracy by developing a strategy for tracking and addressing discrepancies between physical and system counts
- Analyze inventory shrinkage for potential loss due to errors and theft.
- Prepare reports to aid the investigation of certain transactions that lead to loss prevention activities
- Champion the inventory control process in the organization for better controls to deter shrinkage
- Monitor, report and evaluate Channel Inventory by item type
- Identify through root cause analysis and correct behaviors to protect inventory accuracy
- Enforce policy for naming convention work, with SME and category managers for new product launches
- Create detailed reports on all aspects of the inventory status in the system and in all channels
- Analyze and report on aging inventory according to the metrics
- Monitor forecast with other stakeholders to avoid excessive surplus or inefficiencies in inventory levels for parts and finished goods
- Analyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals
- Evaluate and monitor return to vendor process and ensure end to end compliance while Maximize RMA opportunities with vendors
- Analyze and recommend improvements to overall inventory and help determine which products are moving in partnership with Category managers
- Create ad hoc reporting in all areas of inventory as required in addition to the standard dashboard requirements
