**About us**

**our client is one of Canada’s oldest and largest fully-integrated canola crushing, refining, processing, and packaging operations.**

Our client requires Shipper/receivers 1 and 2, responsible to provide effective customer service of daily operations within the warehouse and plant, to meet the stated goals and objectives of the logistic department.they must ensure that all operational procedures are execured safely with mínimal non-conformance and business interruptions.

**Responsibilities**:
Plant (shipper/Receiver 1)
- pull product from the production lines,labelling and entering the product in system.
- coordinate and execute the movement of the packaging between the staging area and the producton floor.
- execute transactions for the movement of ingredients from the cooler to the blending area.
- load inter-plant transfers to DC, and off-load packaging from the DC and/or ASL.
- perform cycle counts, and report inventory adjustments.

Distribution centre (Shipper/Receiver 1)
- Load and off-load trailers, including customer orders (pre-staged), dry ggods going to plant, and transfer of fresh production from traier location into the DC racks.
- pick and stage dry goods for transfer to the plant.
- perform cycle counts and report inventory adjustments.
- general house keeping of the DC.

plant (Shipper/Receiver 2)
- perform Shipper/receiver 1 functions at the plant in order to provide coverage.

Distribution Centre (Shipper receiver 2)
- able to perform all Shipper/receiver 1 responsibilities.
- pick and stage all customer orders. includes splitting and merging of pallets, ensuring lot code information reflected on the pick slip is accurate and reflective of the actual product being shipped.
- manage hold product and coordinate hold process with the lab.
- key holder for the DC, able to open and close.
- occasionally and effectively deal with drivers.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
