**What you’ll be working on**:
- Responsible for ensuring alignment and building a partnership with the IT team to integrate HR systems into company-wide systems, policies and procedures- Research and propose new technology to optimize process performance and support business needs- Providing analytical expertise and recommendations to best serve our customers and/or internal stakeholders- Generating, evaluating and analyzing data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency- Designing and analyzing data to identify trends to uncover solutions and opportunities- Communicating to stakeholders new findings using visualizations and other means

**What you’ll need to have**:
- Mix of skills developed via some combination of education & experience in:
- Data Science/Analytics/Visualization,-
- Process Design & Systems Thinking,-
- Digital Development Programming,-
- Project Management,-
- Business Analytics,-
- Finance or Economics-
- or other related work or educational programs-
- Ability and willingness to learn- Fast learning / clear critical thinking skills- Effective and concise communicator
