Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Business Analyst ~ RQ 24-65~

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for the Maximo Procurement Module, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Business Analyst role and other members of the Supply Chain team to drive successful project outcomes
- Deliver support and training on supply chain and business processes related to the Maximo Procurement Module to ensure best practices are followed across the organization
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining and enforcing best practices related to data management and data standards
- Generate detailed reports and analytics on spending activities to facilitate informed decision-making
- Identify, implement, and recommend process improvements within the Maximo Procurement Module to enhance operational efficiency
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in achieving departmental objectives through compliance and supplier spend reporting. Provide insights and recommendations on Supply Chain reporting requirements.
- Conduct Supply Chain reporting and analytics as required to support Supply Chain team members.

Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, technical diploma, or equivalent business background
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
- Between 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar business analyst role, preferably related to Supply Chain
- Experience with P2P systems (Maximo) and a solid understanding of supply chain procurement processes is an asset
- Experience with a reporting analytics tool is an asset
- A strong understanding of an integrated approach and dependencies across business processes
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and effective collaboration skills.
