**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Management, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the supply of critical services and materials in the Institutional Supply Categories such as Corporate Travel, Purchase Card, Office Supplies, Logistics, and more for the SAIT community.

Within this role, the incumbent will demonstrate a high level of accountability, skill and understanding relating to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Supplier Performance Metrics and KPI, Market Analysis, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Technology, Supply Chain Process and Procedures, including “best practice” in Project Management.

This position will ensure all supply chain activity being performed and managed is in accordance with SAIT and applicable government supply chain regulations, guidelines and procedures. The incumbent will promote and maintain a high level of communication and liaison with internal SAIT schools, departments, stakeholders and with the external supplier community. In order to be successful in this role, the selected incumbent must possess the ability to understand and incorporate technology and internal control processes with business practices.

**The Role**:
- Critical Procure to Pay (P2P) data maintenance and management for SAIT’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and more such as Signing Authorities Management, new Supplier set-up, Supplier Data Maintenance and more.
- **
Institutional Supply Category Management**:

- Purchase Card Program (SAIT Credit Card)
- Corporate Travel Program (Flights, Hotels, and Transportation
- Office Supplies Program
- Online Purchasing Program Management
- MRO, Auto Parts, and other purchasing category requirements
- **
Spend analytics & Reporting**:

- Provide spend analysis and produce supply chain performance KPIs to support Purchasing Officers with Supplier Relationship Management
- Provide Supply Chain Reporting to ensure efficiency of purchasing and supply management
- Provide Supply Market Intelligence Reporting to support
- Purchasing Officers with good Category Management and Category Strategies

Supply Chain Process & Standards**:

- Stewards of Supply Management procedures and manage SAIT’s Purchasing & Supply Chain Process & Standards
- Provide critical trainings & on-boarding to stakeholders across SAIT to ensure good understanding of supply management policies and procedures for the organization
- Lead and manage purchasing and supply chain audits, provide support as require and be the liaison to manage all audits to supply management team

Supply Chain Communications and all other supports**:

- Manage communications for Supply Management Team
- Provide all other Supply Chain Enablement supports

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Business Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- 1year experience in supply chain related role
- Supply Management Training (SMT)
- **
Preferred**:

- Undergraduate degree
- MBA
- 3years experience in Supply Chain role
- Supply Chain Management Professional certification (SCMP)
- **
Skills Required**:

- Excellent computer system
- Relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, internal controls and associated financial processes.
