Located at the Calgary HQ, the Supply Chain Business and Process Analyst will monitor and manage the Supply Chain business processes to ensure the processes achieve the corporate and department goals. Primary engagement for the designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and controlling of Supply Chain Business Processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and networks in support of programs, new business opportunities and proposals.
- Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
- Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support program planning and operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Analyze production planning, material procurement, inventory control, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor selection and retention, expediting, analyzing, and distribution.
- Monitor contract compliance and other logistics service providers.
- Develop analytical reports and analysis to support negotiations with suppliers which provide goods and services.
- Report on operational performance measurements and purchase price variance analysis.
- Investigate multiple ERP systems data integrity, determine gaps, and drive process change and process governance.
- Continuous Improvement - work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Operations to identify and resolve the root cause of deficiencies and help streamline processes.
- Maintain and publish performance metrics, analyze cause, and effect, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrence.
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for the various ERP systems and additional Information systems.
- Contribute to Arcfield transformational activities as directed by the Senior Supply Chain Manager.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum University /College degree.
- Self-driven individual who embraces change management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Substantial knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain process.
- Exceptional knowledge of data analytics, both capturing data and presenting data.
- Meticulous mindfulness in document revision and control, linking Policy to Objectives and to SOP’s.
- Customer service focused with strong people skills, communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Standard work week Monday to Friday at Calgary Facility

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiar with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality System processes associated with configuration and data management.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Project Management or Business.
- Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality or other Business-related professional designations.
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, as well as Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks.
- Computer Science or Information Systems Degree or Diploma.
