**FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY**

**RESERVATION AGENT**:
**Qualifications**:

- TICO certification
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- Travel industry experience is an asset

**Description of Duties**:

- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Assist travel agents and direct clients regarding reservations, changes and inquiries
- Provide information about the products we offer
- Available to work mornings, afternoons, Saturdays and also overtime when needed
- Issue electronic and printed documents for passengers traveling with Hola Sun
- Team Player, self motivated and able to multi-task
- Sirev/TTS knowledge is an asset
- Assist direct clients who wants to book on our website

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.87 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- TICO Certification (preferred)
