As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to actively generate new business and build strong client relationships. You will be out in the field identifying potential customers, presenting our services, and closing sales. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable with face-to-face sales, networking, and creating new opportunities to help grow the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential new clients in assigned territories.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers.
- Develop strong business relationships and maintain regular contact with existing and new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer acquisition (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Pay**: $X per month (depending on experience)
- **Commission**: Competitive commission on all sales generated
- (Your total income will grow as you bring in more sales.)_

Pay: $35,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4W 4J5
