IMAC is a supplier of interior and exterior tile, engineered quartz, and natural stone for residential and commercial projects throughout Western Canada. We are currently hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond.

Your role:

- Processing POs and transactions, following-up on orders, and coordinating and schedule deliveries
- Assisting walk-in customers in the showroom and providing suitable recommendations
- Other ad-hoc/office admin duties as required (ie. filing, sample labeling, inventory counts, organizing the showroom, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Minimum completion of high school diploma. Completion of post-secondary education and/or training in a related field are preferred.
- Experience in retail or wholesale construction materials, tile installation, stone fabrication, renovations, kitchen and bath design, and/or interior design are preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Class 5 driver’s license is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
