**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounting data entry for multiple entities
- Assist with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables as required
- Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple entities
- Compile data from multiple sources as required
- Format, edit, proofread various documents and other related tasks
- Provide general administrative support and support general organizational administrative function as required
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a data entry or accounting clerk position is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
- A performance driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
