This role **requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on any task necessary to maintain and manage properties effectively—including physical labor when required.** If you're someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you **Key Responsibilities**: **Leasing & Tenant Relations**: - Conduct property showings for prospective tenants - Advertise and market available properties - Generate and manage leads for new leasing opportunities - Carefully manage lease renewals and understand market drivers **Property Management & Operations**: - Assist in lease enforcement and contractor compliance - Conduct property inspections, including **roof assessments** (training provided) - Perform **hands-on maintenance support** and minor repair tasks as needed (**must be comfortable with physical work**) **Additional Duties**: - Maintain **strong working relationships** with tenants, contractors, and vendors - Be prepared to **assist with any aspect of property management** as required, including **manual labor, site cleanups, and emergency response**: - Travel and perform remote work as needed, including **overnight stays** (preferred but optional) - Adapt to multiple roles and responsibilities within the company **Qualifications & Requirements**: - **Education**: 2-year general business diploma or equivalent experience (**flexible**) - **License**: Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation - Strong communication and organizational skills - **A proactive and "no-task-is-too-small" attitude**: - **Willingness to do physical, hands-on work when required** **Compensation & Benefits**: - **Starting Salary**: ~$50,000 per year depending on applicant - Professional development and training opportunities - Exposure to a variety of property management tasks to build industry expertise - Growth potential within the company for dedicated individuals Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday - On call - Weekends as needed Application question(s): - Are you willing to do Physical Labor on an As Needed basis?
